Def Leppard – Revolution
Def Leppard’s take on The Beatles’ Revolution was recorded for a TV advert that never aired, and it has sat in the vaults ever since. It’s the first rarity to surface from Volume 4, the box set due on 13 November.

Stephen Wilson Jr. – Cørnerman
A deeply personal one. Stephen Wilson Jr. released Cørnerman on the eighth anniversary of his father’s passing, with boxing imagery running through a song about staying in the fight. It lands just after his four CMA nominations and ahead of his UK tour.

Gavin Adcock – Through With Me
A surprise drop and a proper heartbreaker. Gavin Adcock wrote Through With Me with Brody Frazier about coping when the other person has already moved on. It’s taken from his 26-track album The Day I Hang It Up, out on 2 October.

Sari Schorr – Running Wild
The title track of Sari Schorr’s new album is about wanting someone intensely without trying to contain them. It’s the second single from the record, which lands on 9 October, with a UK album launch at The Lexington in London on 29 September.

Dirty Honey – Lights Out
The first single from Dirty Honey’s third album, Catch My Butterfly, and the one guitarist John Notto calls the first banger. It builds tension over delay-soaked guitar before turning into corkscrew riffing and a fiery solo. The album, produced by John Feldmann, is out on 15 January 2027.

Dirty Honey – Butterfly
The other side of Dirty Honey, and a complete change of pace. Butterfly pairs wistful acoustic guitar and strings with a soulful vocal from Marc LaBelle, on a song about addiction written from the perspective of a parent or family member.

Miguel Montalban and The Southern Vultures – Stoneburn
The first taste of the band’s 2027 album, Stoneburn is a blues-rooted classic rock anthem about a relationship that has burned out and the decision to walk away. The band co-headline with Garcia at London’s 100 Club on 23 September.

The Cheap Thrills – Electric Fences
The Liverpool band’s video for electric fences arrived alongside their debut album, Keep Cheap. Frontman Lewis Pike describes the song as being about inner turmoil and feeling a prisoner in your own thoughts. Their UK headline tour in October is widely sold out.
