Liverpool indie band The Cheap Thrills have announced an extensive run of UK headline dates for early 2027, following huge demand for their live shows and the chart success of their debut album Keep Cheap.
The 17-date tour begins at Amped in Huddersfield on January 29th and takes the band across the country, with stops in Norwich, Oxford, Hull, Glasgow and Birmingham, before it wraps up at Oslo in London on February 19th.

Fans who sign up to The Cheap Thrills mailing list will get access to a pre-sale from 10am on Wednesday 7th October, with general sale following at 10am on Thursday 8th October. Mailing list sign-up and general sale tickets are both available via thecheapthrills.co.uk.
Frontman Lewis Pike says the new dates are a direct response to how quickly fans snapped up tickets for the band’s current shows.
“We’ve been blown away by the response to the album, and everyone selling out this month’s tour for us so fast. Now it feels right to take it to even more cities across the UK,” says Pike.
“Playing live has always been at the heart of what we do as a band, and there’s nothing quite like being in a room with people singing these songs back to us. After the reaction to the album and the shows so far, we can’t wait to get out there and bring Keep Cheap to more people around the country.”

Many of the 2027 dates take The Cheap Thrills to towns and cities they aren’t visiting this year, including Huddersfield, Blackpool, Lincoln, Cheltenham, Wrexham, York and Macclesfield. The band will also return to Nottingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Southampton and London at new venues, including Rescue Rooms, the Brudenell, King Tuts and the Joiners.
The announcement lands just as The Cheap Thrills prepare to head out on their latest headline run this week. The nine-date October tour opens at Glasgow’s SWG3 Poetry Club on October 7th and finishes at London’s Barfly Camden on October 16th.
Almost every show on the run has already sold out, with Newcastle, Manchester, Nottingham, Leeds, Bristol and Southampton all gone. Only very limited tickets remain for Cardiff’s Clwb Ifor Bach on October 13th, which can be bought here.
Closer to home, the band’s December 12th show at Future Yard’s FY2 in Birkenhead has also sold out.

The demand comes off the back of a hugely successful September for The Cheap Thrills, who released Keep Cheap independently. The album entered the UK Official Albums Chart at No.23, went to No.1 on the UK Album Downloads Chart and reached No.3 on the UK Independent Albums Chart.
Those placings are a notable achievement for a debut released without the backing of a major label, and they have helped turn the band’s growing word-of-mouth following into sold-out rooms up and down the UK. You can listen to Keep Cheap here.
Keep Cheap is an uplifting record packed with big indie anthems. It celebrates the band’s Liverpool roots while carrying universal messages that reach well beyond the city.
Across the album, The Cheap Thrills trace their own journey from humble teenage beginnings to becoming one of the most exciting bands to emerge from Liverpool in recent times, a story that has clearly struck a chord with audiences.
With the October run all but sold out, fans hoping to catch the band in 2027 are advised to join the mailing list ahead of Wednesday’s pre-sale. The full list of The Cheap Thrills’ remaining 2026 dates and the newly announced 2027 tour is below.
