Tickets for Styx’s Venetian shows start at $55, plus applicable fees, and will be available through Ticketmaster.com, VenetianLasVegas.com, any box office at The Venetian Resort, or by calling 702.414.9000 or 866.641.7469.

The Venetian residency has become a fixture for Styx, and this run marks the seventh straight year the band has brought its live show to the resort. For long-time fans of Styx, it offers a chance to catch the band in an intimate theatre setting rather than an arena or amphitheatre.

Styx continue to record and release new music alongside their extensive touring schedule, an approach the band consider central to who they are. That ethos is reflected in Circling From Above, the band’s 18th studio album, released July 18, 2025 via Alpha Dog 2T/UMe.

Spanning 13 tracks, Circling From Above explores the complexities of the human experience through the intersecting lenses of technology and nature. Critics have hailed it as Styx’s third “masterpiece” album in a row, following 2021’s Crash Of The Crown and 2017’s The Mission.

Circling From Above features contributions from all seven members of Styx, including founding guitarist and vocalist James “JY” Young, affectionately known as “The Godfather of Styx”, alongside guitarist and vocalist Tommy Shaw, original bassist Chuck Panozzo, longtime drummer Todd Sucherman, keyboardist and vocalist Lawrence Gowan, guitarist and vocalist Will Evankovich, and bassist Terry Gowan.

All seven members of Styx remain committed to rocking Las Vegas with audiences old and new, with each show approached as an opportunity to top the last.

Styx draw on over five decades of chart hits, singalongs and hard-driving deep cuts to build a set that covers a striking range of stylistic ground.

A Styx set can move from the progressive, sweeping splendour of “The Grand Illusion” to the hunkered-down fortitude of “Blue Collar Man”, from the majestic devotion of “Lady” to the seething indictment of “Miss America”, and from the yearning of “Man In The Wilderness” to the soul-deep quest at the heart of “Crystal Ball”.

The band’s Venetian shows also give audiences the chance to hear the regal, reach-for-the-stars bravado of “Come Sail Away” and the grainy, all-in gallop of “Renegade”, two of the most enduring songs in the Styx catalogue.

With Circling From Above continuing to earn praise and a seventh consecutive Venetian residency now confirmed, Styx show no sign of slowing down.

The band’s ability to draw on decades of hits while continuing to create new material has helped keep Styx a consistent live draw in Las Vegas and beyond.

The Venetian Theatre sits inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, home to residency shows from artists including The B-52s, Foreigner, Earth, Wind & Fire and Chicago, alongside Styx.

The resort features all-suite accommodations across The Venetian and The Palazzo, along with restaurants from chefs including Jose Andres and Simon Kim, the Canyon Ranch spa, and a five-acre pool and garden deck.

Styx’s 2027 Venetian residency is produced by Live Nation Las Vegas, part of Live Nation Entertainment, which also produces residency shows across several of the city’s other premier venues.

With tickets going on general sale September 18, fans hoping to catch Styx during this milestone seventh year at The Venetian are encouraged to plan ahead, with pre-sale windows opening as early as September 15 for Citi cardmembers.
