JAYLER have released a cinematic new video for ‘The Getaway’, taken from their debut album Voices Unheard, as the UK rock band prepare to join Deep Purple as special guests on a 37-date arena tour.

Filmed at Cotswold Airport, the video is built around freedom, brotherhood and the thrill of heading into the unknown. It arrives at the end of a breakthrough year that has taken the band from Monsters of Rock Brazil to major support slots with Lynyrd Skynyrd and Sammy Hagar.

The video places the four-piece of James Bartholomew, Tyler Arrowsmith, Ricky Hodgkiss and Ed Evans against a vast backdrop of runways, industrial hangars and open skies. They share the screen with two extraordinary machines: a 1965 Ford Mustang and a Yakovlev Yak-3 warbird.

The story begins at sunrise, with the band arriving together in the Mustang before performing at the airfield. Dramatic aircraft flyovers, sweeping runway sequences and a rooftop solo from guitarist Tyler Arrowsmith then build towards a climactic finale shot at golden hour.

For the band, the song is less about escape than about moving forward.

“‘The Getaway’ isn’t about running away – it’s about heading towards something. It’s freedom, brotherhood and chasing whatever comes next. No destination. No explanation. Just The Getaway,” say JAYLER.

The video caps a standout year for the band. JAYLER recently opened for Guns N’ Roses at Monsters of Rock Brazil, followed by a run of shows supporting Lynyrd Skynyrd in Brazil and multiple UK dates with Sammy Hagar.

Their debut album has been making its mark too. Released in May via Silver Lining Music, Voices Unheard reached No. 2 on the UK Independent Album Breakers Chart, No. 3 on the Official Rock & Metal Albums Chart and No. 5 on the Official Independent Albums Chart.

Produced by George Perks, the 11-track record opens with ‘Intro’ and closes with ‘The Rinsk’, with ‘The Getaway’ sitting at its centre as track five, alongside songs including ‘Riverboat Queen’, ‘Bittersweet’ and ‘Alectrona’.

JAYLER now take that momentum onto some of the biggest stages in Europe and the UK. Their run as special guests to rock legends Deep Purple begins at Arena 8888 in Sofia, Bulgaria, on 29 September and culminates at London’s Royal Albert Hall on 25 November.

Along the way, the tour takes in arenas in Hungary, Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, Scandinavia, Germany and the Netherlands.

The UK leg starts at Newcastle’s Utilita Arena on 18 November, moving on to Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester before two London nights at the Eventim Apollo and the Royal Albert Hall.

The story of ‘The Getaway’ will continue throughout the autumn, with behind-the-scenes footage and live content captured on the road documenting the band’s journey as they bring their music to arena audiences night after night.
