The tour caps a hugely busy period for Def Leppard. In February, the band completed their third sold-out Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace, before going on to play sold-out shows across the UK, Europe, South America and Mexico.
Their 2026 travels also took in India, along with headline sets at London’s O2 Arena and the 85,000-capacity Wacken Open Air festival in Germany.
This summer, their Greatest Hits compilation entered four UK charts, debuting in the Top 10 on two of them. The band now count around 11 million monthly listeners on Spotify and more than 110 million albums sold worldwide.
Def Leppard are Joe Elliott on vocals, Phil Collen and Vivian Campbell on guitar, Rick Savage on bass and Rick Allen on drums. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees were also recently honoured with their own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Their catalogue includes two US Diamond Awards and landmark albums such as Pyromania, certified 11x Platinum, and Hysteria, certified 14x Platinum. Those records helped set the bar for generations of rock fans and musicians alike.
The band have kept that momentum going in recent years. Their twelfth studio album, Diamond Star Halos, arrived in May 2022 and debuted at number one on the Apple, Amazon Music and Billboard Hard Rock charts, while also giving them their eighth Top 10 album on the Billboard 200 and a Top 5 debut in the UK.

It was followed in 2023 by Drastic Symphonies, recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. The album reached number four in the UK, their highest UK chart entry in more than 32 years, and spent 15 weeks at number one on Billboard’s Current Classical chart.
In 2024, they teamed up with Tom Morello on the single Just Like 73, which went to number one on the Mediabase Classic Rock chart.
On the road, they remain one of rock’s biggest draws. Their stadium runs with Mötley Crüe in 2022 and 2023 sold more than 2.1 million tickets across 27 countries and five continents, and by the end of this year Def Leppard will have sold over 4.5 million tickets worldwide since 2022.
For Goo Goo Dolls, the announcement comes after an extensive run of summer tour dates, which included well-received sets at iHeartRadio Festival and Sea.Hear.Now Festival.
Formed by John Rzeznik and Robby Takac in Buffalo, New York, in 1986, the band have sold 15 million records worldwide. They have picked up four Grammy nominations and nearly a dozen platinum and gold singles, and their 15 number one and Top 10 hits give them the all-time radio record for Most Top 10 Singles.
Their best-known song, Iris, is having a remarkable second life. Originally released in 1998, the Diamond-certified hit has passed 6 billion streams worldwide, with more than 1 billion of those coming in 2025 alone after the track went viral.
Iris has recently received a new version by SZA and has been covered by the likes of Taylor Swift, Machine Gun Kelly, Phoebe Bridgers, Maggie Rogers and sombr. Earlier this year, it was also nominated for Best Throwback Song at the American Music Awards.

Elsewhere in their catalogue, A Boy Named Goo (1995) is certified 2x Platinum and Dizzy Up The Girl (1998) 5x Platinum, while Gutterflower (2002) and Let Love In (2006) have both gone Gold. Something For The Rest Of Us (2010) and Magnetic (2013) both reached the Top 10 of the Billboard 200, and their latest release is the seven-track Summer Anthem EP, out now via Warner Records.
Completing the bill, The Struts have built a reputation for glam-rock swagger and arena-sized energy since releasing their debut album, Everybody Wants, in 2015.
Songs such as Could Have Been Me, Kiss This and Body Talks earned them a dedicated global following, along with opening slots for The Rolling Stones, Foo Fighters, Guns N’ Roses and Mötley Crüe. Dave Grohl famously called them “the best opening band we’ve ever had.”
Their albums include Young & Dangerous (2018), Strange Days (2020) and Pretty Vicious (2023), and recent singles How Can I Love You (Without Breaking Your Heart) and Can’t Stop Talking have kept them firmly in the modern rock conversation. Frontman Luke Spiller also released his debut solo album, Love Will Probably Kill Me Before Cigarettes And Wine, in April 2025.
With three bands known for high-energy live shows on the same bill, the 2027 tour looks set to be one of the biggest rock tickets of next year. Def Leppard and Goo Goo Dolls tickets go on general sale on October 16.
